穆里外海滩是新西兰最美丽的海滩之一 Auckland region.  Situated on the wild and untamed West Coast 在奥克兰，大片平坦的黑色沙滩令人印象深刻. 

Surfers are a common sight, 被大海的有利条件所吸引，同时在高空飞行, 滑翔伞被海岸线周围同样有利的西南风所吸引.  Muriwai冲浪学校就在Sand Dunz海滩咖啡馆旁边, 还提供冲浪课程，并可选择租用潜水服和冲浪板.
